Oliver Griffiths: Director

From a start in marketing at Procter and Gamble and Allied Domecq, Oliver moved to marketing and management consultancy - regularly winning awards at UK and European level, before setting up CR Consulting in 1997. He is a Board member of the Bart's City Life Saver charity, lectures on ethical business strategy and is currently studying for an MSc in Renewable Energy.

Carol Griffiths: Director

Carol's experience centres on brand strategy and reputation management. Carol was responsible for the NatWest group's branding, played a key role in developing the Banking Code and the Mortgage Code; and later provided strategic and communication direction for the launch of Intelligent Finance for HBOS. She is a trustee of Community Housing and Therapy.

Shirley Marguerite: Associate

Shirley is an MBA and marketing professional, whose career has focused on developing and retaining the loyalty of customers and other stakeholders. In her career she has been marketing manager for the highly successful British Airways Executive Club as well as Nectar Card.

Caroline Hogg: Associate

Caroline spent 15 years at Royal Bank of Scotland Group, where she was responsible for product and service development for pensions, insurance and investments. She became an associate in 2005, and is currently advising clients on pension strategy. Caroline speaks fluent French and German and is based in Bristol.

Jennifer Hanson: Associate

Jeni is a public affairs consultant, specialising in healthcare stakeholder management. Her experience includes the formation and management of commercial and patient group coalitions to address specific health issues.

Natasha Everard: Associate

Natasha is a communications professional, having spent her career to date in press relations with the BBC and with the Law Society. The focus of her activity is powerful, targeted and effective communication materials.

Mike Pitts: Technical Consultant

Mike has an engineering background and has worked internationally for some of the biggest names in the business, including 13 years at GEC. Mike joined CR Consulting in 2000 to provide expertise for technical projects. These have taken him throughout the world.

Agnes Ogrodnik: Project Support

Agnes provides database development, processing and interrogation support.

Adrian Rebello: Financial and Management Control

Adrian has been with CR Consulting since September 2004. In addition to controlling our accounts, he provides project management support and is responsible for the company's external accreditations to GoodCorporation and ISO 9001:2000.
